Coonitude Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Each Coonitude item is made to order just for you through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. After you place your order, please allow 2 to 5 business days for your item to be produced and prepared for shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Where Your Order Ships From

Because every piece is printed on demand, your order ships directly from our fulfillment partner's facility rather than a central Coonitude warehouse. This means your item is freshly made before it ever reaches your door.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery is 5 to 8 business days within the United States. Total time from purchase to delivery is typically 7 to 13 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. We do not currently offer free shipping.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 5 business days after the last update, or if your package is marked delivered but never arrived, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will work with the fulfillment partner and carrier to investigate and find a resolution for you.
