These Terms of Service govern your use of the Coonitude website and any orders you place with us. By browsing our store or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors or product unavailability. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted. All items at Coonitude are made to order through print-on-demand production, meaning your item is created specifically for you after your purchase is complete. Production takes 2 to 5 business days, followed by an estimated delivery window of 5 to 8 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed and charged in US dollars. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. We do not offer free shipping; shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Returns and Eligibility

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only for defective items, wrong items sent, incorrect sizes fulfilled on our end, or items damaged in transit. If your order qualifies, contact us at kasparsmac@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this site are the property of Coonitude and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Acceptable Use

Coonitude is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
